Service Usage Guidelines (AUP)

This Service Usage Policy (AUP) applies to all customers of SCloudWeb, including those using our services through third parties or any business partners.

We must comply with this code of conduct when using our services. Please read carefully and confirm that you understand and agree to all parts. If customers use our services for illegal purposes or violate this code of conduct, SCloudWeb may exercise the "violation" rights in this code of conduct.

  • Threatening to harm others or their property, or engaging in other forms of harassment.
  • False reporting or fraudulent representation of products and services.
  • Transmitting, distributing, or storing any illegal content.
  • Transmitting, distributing, or storing any content without proper authorization, copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property protection, or involving other illegal activities such as obscenity, defamation, invasion of privacy, or constituting illegal threats.
  • Transmitting, distributing, or storing any content that assists or encourages others to illegally use force to intimidate, coerce governments or any civilians for political or social purposes.
  • Assist or encourage any of the above activities using SCloudWeb's network or services or through third-party networks or services.
  • Interference with third-party use of SCloudWeb's network or services.
  • Make any changes or attempts to alter the system configuration provided by SCloudWeb or compromise system security.
  • Manage proxy servers.
  • Failed to provide valid and complete information required by SCloudWeb during the application process.

E-mail

SCloudWeb has a powerful spam filtering system. Prohibit sending spam emails. Including through proxy servers or any other form of spam emails. If a customer is found to have violated the spam policy, SCloudWeb reserves the right to pursue any civil investigation related expenses. If the customer is suspected of engaging in illegal behavior, SCloudWeb will notify law enforcement personnel to handle it. Customers are responsible for any spam emails in their accounts.

  • Sending unsolicited emails, including but not limited to commercial advertisements and information announcements, is explicitly prohibited even for voluntary recipients of promotional product emails.
  • Without permission, customers are not allowed to use email servers on other websites to forward emails.
  • Customers are strictly prohibited from sending advertisements or promotional spam to any location within the SCloudWeb network through other networks or in any way.

IP blacklist fees

If the customer's behavior results in SCloudWeb's mail server or IP address range being blacklisted by email, any other mail filtering software, or the Chinese firewall, SCloudWeb will charge the relevant customer a preliminary fee of $100 [&# 039; 00&# 039;] and $30 [&# 039; 00&# 039;] per hour for any investigation and corrective work.

Frequent attack behavior (IRC network, Camfrog, etc.)

It is strictly prohibited to store IRC servers within SCloudWeb or connect to servers on another IRC network. If discovered, it will be immediately removed without further notice. The server will not be able to reconnect to the network until it is confirmed that the IRC server has been completely removed and the content has been completely cleared. Simultaneously prohibit running Camfrog or servers that are frequently targeted or prone to attacks. Any customer who violates the rules will have their account terminated immediately.

System and Network Security

It is prohibited for customers to use the service to endanger the security of the server, tamper with system resources or accounts, and any third-party websites.

Prohibited behaviors, including but not limited to:

  • Threatening to harm others or their property, or engaging in other harassing behavior.
  • Use or spread programs that pose a threat to safety.
  • Unauthorized access or use of data systems or networks, attempting to investigate, scan, or test system or network vulnerabilities, and compromise security or authentication measures.
  • Unauthorized control of data or traffic on any network or system.
  • Intentionally overloading the system and broadcasting attacks.
  • Falsify the title information of any TCP/IP packet header or any part of an email or newsgroup post.
  • Intentionally or negligently sending data files containing viruses or damage.

SCloudWeb has absolute discretion to take any action against customers who violate this service usage policy. Customers who violate the usage rules of this service may be subject to criminal or civil liability. SCloudWeb can stop access to client devices at the router level. If a customer is found to have violated this service usage policy, SCloudWeb will take appropriate actions including, but not limited to, temporarily or permanently prohibiting anyone from accessing, or permanently terminating the service. If any suspected illegal behavior is found, SCloudWeb will cooperate with law enforcement agencies to investigate. If a customer violates the policy, SCloudWeb and its affiliates may terminate the customer's account without prior notice.

SCloudWeb reserves the right to modify this code of conduct without prior notice.
