Term of service

The Terms of Service (TOS) refer to the guidelines for using our services. We must comply with these terms when using our services. Please read carefully and confirm that you understand and agree to all parts. Dataplugs reserves the right to modify this clause without prior notice.

service

  • The cost will be calculated from the confirmation of the order, not from the payment date. Customers will not be charged again until the next settlement cycle. Unless the customer notifies the company to cancel any or all services, the bill will be automatically renewed after the settlement period.
  • When Dataplugs confirms receipt of payment from the customer, the service will be activated in real-time. For more information, please contact our customer service department.

Payment and billing settlement

  • All service plans are calculated in advance.
  • The customer needs to pay the service amount printed on the bill.
  • Dataplugs may adjust service fees (i) in the service description and (ii) at any time or after the bill is due.
  • If the check is returned due to insufficient balance in the customer's account, the customer will be charged an administrative handling fee of at least HKD 250 per check.
  • If the customer's credit card incurs administrative fees due to chargeback, the customer will be responsible for them, with a minimum of HKD 250.
  • The customer shall bear all bank charges incurred by wire transfer on their own.
  • Except for the above situations, all additional administrative fees will be charged a service fee of up to HKD 250 per transaction.
  • Dataplugs reserves the right to adjust or cancel any credit balance resulting from errors or non-compliance with terms without prior notice.

Abuse of servers

Strictly prohibit any attempt to damage or cause harm to Dataplugs multi wired servers or Dataplugs multi wired customers, including but not limited to:

  • Login to accounts or servers that are not authorized or have unauthorized access.
  • Accessing or obtaining unauthorized service data in any way.
  • Attempt to detect, scan, or test vulnerabilities in any system, subsystem, or network.
  • Unauthorized tampering, intrusion, modification, or other disruption or violation of security authentication measures.
  • Transmitting any other similar software or program containing viruses, Trojan programs, worms, time bombs, cleaners, or other programs intended to disrupt, disturb, or impair the functionality of the system, website, or service.
  • Interference, interception, or misappropriation of any system, data, or information data.
  • Interfering with any user, host, or network service, including (but not limited to) overloading any computing system, "malicious data traffic," "email bombardment," or "crushing.

renewal

If the account fails to renew within 2 days after the renewal period, the account will be terminated and all files will be deleted.

Late Payment

  • If any account fails to pay all fees before the payment deadline, we will suspend the account and charge a late payment of HKD 200. If we have not received the payable fees for the suspended account after 7 days, Dataplugs reserves the right to terminate the service.
  • Dataplugs is not responsible for any damages or losses resulting from the suspension or termination of the account due to overdue payments. In addition, Dataplugs has the right to refuse to restart services related to the account until all invoices are fully paid

Cancel service

  • Either party to the contract may propose and notify the other party to terminate this service.
  • If cancellation of service is required, written notice must be given at least 48 hours before renewal. Customers need to receive a confirmation email from Dataplugs' multi line communication for cancellation to take effect officially. If the customer fails to provide a cancellation notice within the prescribed time limit, you will be required to pay the fee for the next renewal period.
  • After the account is cancelled, all files and data will be immediately destroyed from our server, including all backups. Before canceling the account, customers are requested to backup all files and data on their own.
  • If the customer uses PayPal to pay for Dataplugs' multi line payment, it is the customer's responsibility to cancel the PayPal automatic payment function on their own after the service is cancelled. If the customer cancels the service and PayPal still automatically makes the payment, Dataplugs Multi Line is not responsible and has no obligation to refund the above amount.
  • Dataplugs can notify customers of contract termination at any time via email. If the contract is terminated due to reasons other than the customer's violation of the Dataplugs Multi Line Service Usage Guidelines, the prepaid fee should be refunded to the customer.
  • If either party of the customer and Dataplugs commits a significant breach of the agreement related to the project, and fails to rectify the breach within 7 days after receiving written notice from the other party, the other party may terminate this contract by written notice. The definition of major breach should be determined from a reasonable online business perspective.

denial of service

  • Dataplugs has the right to refuse to provide services to anyone. Based on Dataplugs' independent judgment, any content related to obscenity, threats, illegality, or any violation of Dataplugs' terms of service will be removed (or disabled) from Dataplugs' servers without any notice.
  • Similarly, Dataplugs reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or restrict access to the service for any reason or without reason, with or without notice. Dataplugs does not assume any responsibility for data loss or any loss caused by suspension or termination.
  • We will issue a warning if there is any provocative, vulgar (cursing), aggressive, rude, threatening or insulting behavior towards Dataplugs' multi line communication staff. If the customer does not stop these behaviors, the account may be suspended or terminated without any refund. Including (but not limited to) threatening to sue, defaming, slandering, publicly posting, or advocating for deductions.
  • 为了确保 Dataplugs 多线通及其客户免受欺诈,Dataplugs 多线通可能会要求客户提供有效的身份证明文件和/或有效的商业登记证副本。如未能提供,可能被视作欺诈性质。
