This policy covers customers using SCloudWeb servers, cloud resources and related networks, including their authorized users. Customers are responsible for activity through their accounts and applications.
01Lawful use and content responsibility
Use services within your lawful rights and authorizations, and comply with applicable laws in deployment and use locations. Customers must verify their rights to content, data and software.
- Do not use services for fraud, phishing, unlawful transactions, threats or harassment.
- Do not store or distribute unlawful content or infringe intellectual property, privacy or other lawful rights.
02System and network security
- Do not access, scan, control or interfere with systems, accounts, data or networks without authorization.
- Do not launch DDoS attacks, distribute malware, steal credentials or falsify identity or network origin.
- Authorized security testing requires an agreed scope, schedule and compliance with provider requirements.
03Email and IP usage
Do not send unsolicited spam, abuse relay services or evade abuse controls. Address activity that results in poor IP reputation, complaints or blocklisting.
04Resources and higher-risk workloads
Use compute, storage, bandwidth, IP addresses and mitigation resources within the purchased plan. Before deploying public proxies, large-scale messaging or security tests, confirm authorization and location requirements.
05Account and application security
Keep contact details current, protect credentials and update software. If you discover account compromise, malware or abnormal traffic, isolate the issue and contact support.
06Abuse handling and restoration
Risk-based responses may include remediation notices, traffic controls, isolation, suspension or termination. Urgent incidents may require immediate action. Restoration depends on remediation, resource availability and applicable requirements.
Charges, refunds and compensation are handled under the confirmed order, service agreements and applicable law.
07Reports, review and updates
Submit relevant IP addresses, timestamps, details and evidence through the site contact channel when reporting abuse or requesting review. Do not send passwords, private keys or full payment details. Updates will be published here.
