POLICIES & TERMS

Terms of Service

Terms covering SCloudWeb orders, payments, deployment, renewals, backups and service termination.

Last updated

These terms set out general conditions for the SCloudWeb website and infrastructure services. Before ordering, review the Acceptable Use Policy and product specifications, pricing and order conditions. Confirmed orders or written agreements define the service scope.

01Orders and service scope

An order request or inquiry does not allocate resources. Confirm deployment timing, location, specifications, connectivity, bandwidth and protection when ordering. Delivery depends on availability and the agreed arrangements.

02Payments, billing and renewals

Amounts, currency, taxes, billing start and periods follow the order and checkout details. Automatic renewals and charges depend on console settings and customer authorization. Check renewal settings before expiry.

03Trials and configuration changes

Trial duration, resources and permitted use follow the agreed trial arrangements. Confirm feasibility, costs and scheduling for upgrades, downgrades, migrations or network changes, and back up data beforehand.

04Customer responsibilities and backups

Customers are responsible for account security, application configuration, software licensing and lawful use, and should keep independent backups. Snapshot and backup scope, frequency, retention and restoration depend on the selected plan.

05Maintenance, support and service levels

Maintenance, faults, attacks or external events can affect services. Support coordinates incident handling through existing channels. Availability commitments, credits and claim procedures follow any expressly agreed service-level agreement.

06Cancellation, overdue payments and refunds

Request cancellation or non-renewal before the next billing period through the console or contact channel and confirm the outcome. Refund eligibility, amounts, fees and timing follow the rules confirmed at purchase and applicable law.

Overdue payments or Acceptable Use Policy violations may lead to restrictions, suspension or termination. Export required data before termination and confirm handling of storage, backups and IP resources.

07Third-party services and responsibility

Cloud providers, data centers, software licensors, payment and messaging platforms may have their own terms. Confirm relevant restrictions when selecting services. Responsibility and compensation follow valid agreements and applicable law; this page does not exclude statutory rights.

08Updates and contact

Updates are published on this page. Material changes affecting existing orders are notified as required by the order and applicable rules. Raise questions or disputes through the site contact channel with order details. Written order terms apply to their specified matters, subject to applicable law.
